Dear Group of Seven Owners,

As we continue to enjoy and enhance our community, the Board is pleased to announce that we have

several rental opportunities available for 2025 as there are 53 weeks for next year. This is a great chance to

welcome new residents and enrich our neighborhood or obtain an additional week for yourself at your own

cottage or possibly spend a week in an alternate cottage. Each available cottage, date, and cost for the week

is listed below with the first opportunity given to our owners. After January 15, 2025, we will forward any

availability to Charlie Hughs for posting on the Chandler site with external costing. The external cost will be

$1000 to $1500 per week based on dates below, which is double the cost for an internal owner.

Available Units: Note Monday or Friday date of entry listed.

• Cottage 1 (Friday) – December 12 to December 19, 2025 – Owner cost $500.00

• Cottage 2 (Friday) – March 21 to March 28, 2025, 2025 – Owner cost $500.00

• Cottage 3 (Monday) – December 15 to December 22, 2025 - Owner cost $500.00

• Cottage 4 (Monday) – December 8 to December 15, 2025 - Owner cost $500.00

• Cottage 5 (Monday) – March 31 to April 7, 2025 - Owner cost $500.00

• Cottage 6 (Monday)– December 29 to January 5, 2026 - Owner cost $750.00

• Cottage 7 (Friday) – December 5 to December 12, 2025 - Owner cost $500.00

Please note, that any external party renting or anyone not on a Group of Seven Fractional ownership title

will be charged $1000 for any interested and available week excluding the December 29 to January 5, 2026,

week will be $1500 in total due to significance of the date available.

If you know anyone who might be interested in renting, please feel free to share this information. Our goal is

to ensure that our community remains vibrant and diverse during less lively periods.
