Cottage 3 Interrval 2
hi Jon,
Our interval, week 6 in Cottage 5, is for sale. We are trying to understand how Charlie has exclusive rights to show the cottages; an outside agent can only show it on our specific changeover days. Charlie's commission is 10% which is 2.5 x the average Ontario commission. He also tells people that nothing is for sale. The cottage owners' agreement states: that the owner or their renter can only enter on their assigned weeks.
